MANAGEMENT
YJay Draiman
YJay Draiman has worked in the commercial lighting and control industry since 1991.
As an apprentice electrician, lighting installer, field supervisor, and project manager he has an extensive background in the field operations of an energy efficient lighting contractor. Mr. Bridges has managed numerous large projects including clients such as Municipalities – Government Buildings, United States Bases.- Public School District,  Private School District, and the UPS Corporation, Walgreen Corporation, Burger King and many more.

Mr. YJay Draiman has been responsible for material specification and ordering, labor management, project scheduling, and customer relations.
Since 1988 Mr. YJay Draiman has worked as an auditor, estimator and auditing and estimating manager. He has undergone extensive training from lighting manufacturers and utility companies. As manager of an auditing and estimating department, he has supervised five full time auditors, been responsible for over one thousand investment grade audits and quotations, and successfully estimated many public bids.
In 1999 Mr. YJay Draiman founded Lighting Audit Consulting with a goal to increase the standard of energy efficient lighting audits. To reduce costly change orders, to give contractors and energy service company's confidence in the foundation of their projects, to help property managers and engineers effectively document their facilities lighting and controls, and work diligently with customers to create a lighting system that meets their objectives.

    COMPLIANCE REVIEWS IN THE ASSESSMENT AND REMITTANCE OF TAXES AND FEES:

    • Prove accuracy of the tax and fee remittances to the City by examining Utility companies sales records in the billing of the tax and computation of the fee.
    • Identify the revenues subject to the tax and fee and determine if properly included in the calculation.
    • Determine credits allowed per ordinance and check if consistent with credits taken.
    • Determine If customers within the jurisdiction are properly coded.
    • Examine list of exempt accounts and determine proper application In accordance with federal and/or state statutes and ordinances.
    • Compare accounting methodology with industry standards and determine inconsistencies






    IDENTIFY, NOTIFY AND ASSIST PROSPECTIVE TAX AND FEE PAYERS

    • Identify all providers and sellers of utilities subject to the tax and fee ordinances.
    • Property notify the providers and sellers.
    • Assist the providers and sellers In their compliance efforts
    • Ensure that companies initiate to comply.
